Why I Created Gallagher House Collective
I created Gallagher House Collective because I saw a gap.
I saw beautiful homes underperforming because no one was managing them with both heart and strategy. I saw property owners overwhelmed—trying to answer late-night guest messages, coordinate cleaners, adjust pricing, and still live their own lives. And I saw guests staying in places that could have felt special… but didn’t.
What started as a desire to better manage a single property quickly turned into something more personal. I realized I loved the process—the design decisions, the systems, the small details that turn a stay into an experience. I loved helping homeowners unlock the full potential of their investment without feeling buried by it.
But more than anything, I believed there was a better way to do short-term rental management.
